Configuring the search fields for a detail display
Once you have chosen the fields that you want to appear in your detail display, you can configure the label for each search field for each configured language.

The search fields that are available to configure are those search fields that you have previously set up for the detail display. For more information, see Adding or editing a detail display. |
To configure search fields for a detail display
- Log in to the Admin console.
- Choose Displays from the navigation pane.
- Choose Detail Displays.

Choose the Configure Fields option next to the detail display that you want to customize.
The Choose Detail Display Field page displays. For more information about each field on the page, see Fields: Choose Detail Display Field.
- In the Search Field list, select the name of the search field you want to configure.

Click Next.
The Configure Detail Display Field Properties screen displays. The Name field displays the current label text for the selected search field. The language list shows the language associated with the label text. For more information about each field on the page, see Fields: Configure Detail Display Field Properties.

Do one of the following.
- If you want to change the search field’s label text in the currently-selected language, highlight the text in the Name field, and type the label text you want.
- If you want to change the search field’s label text in a language that is not currently selected, select the language you want from the drop-down list, and type the label text you want for that language in the Name field.
Note: If label text for the search field already exists for the selected language, the label text displays in the Name field. You may modify the existing text, or not.
- Click Finish to return to the Detail Displays screen.
